Change of Address:
We
are happy to provide Change of Address service, however, if you are already receiving your subscription, we
strongly recommend that you contact the publisher directly as the
change can be made while you are on the telephone or on the
publisher's website - this
is the fastest way and we recommend it.

Change of Address Before
Your First Issue Arrives:
If
you have not received your first issue which contains the publisher's
address or 800 number by the time you move you should try to obtain
the publisher's 800 number from 800 information. In the event that you
cannot contact the publisher before your first issue arrives, you
should notify the Post Office of your new address by completing a
Change of Address Form indicating that you want your magazines
forwarded to your new address. Once you receive your first issue which
has been forwarded to you by the Post Office you should follow the
directions above.

United States Post Office
Change of Address Service:
Before you move,
please complete the automated Change of Address form of the USPS at
www.usps.com - your magazines will be forwarded for 60 days. You should also ask your mailman if he will be forwarding your magazines - if he says he won't do it you should write a letter of complaint to: Postmaster, Your City, Your
Zip Code.

Switching Magazines:
Once
we have submitted your subscription to the publisher we cannot change
it to another magazine and cannot cancel it as we have paid the
publisher. Be certain that you want the magazine you order before
ordering it. If you do not wish to continue to receive the magazine you
have ordered, we suggest that you redirect the subscription to someone else - most publishers
will permit you to change the person the subscription is sent to - to do
this contact the publisher directly from the information published in
the magazine.

|
Cancellations and
Refunds:
Cancellations can only be made if we have not yet submitted the order
to our clearinghouse. Orders are processed on Tuesday. Once
your order is submitted to our clearinghouse it is paid for in full
and we cannot get a refund. We, therefore, cannot cancel and refund
your order after it has been
submitted to the clearinghouse.
Please order
carefully. If you have ordered a title and decide that you no longer
wish to receive it most publishers will redirect the order to another
individual at your request. If you do not have anyone in mind to transfer your subscription to,
you should consider transferring the subscription to a waiting room of
your local hospital's emergency room where there will be many
appreciative readers. In order to do this simply call the publisher and
request a change of address and recipient.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Our terms of fulfillment are that you should receive your
first issue in 8 to 14 weeks from the date of your order depending on
each individual publisher. Some publishers are very prompt while others are very slow in
starting a new subscription. Most publishers will deliver a first issue
in 8-12 weeks. If you have not
received your subscription by the end of the 14th week please contact
our Customer Service Department so we can correct any problem which may
exist on your account with the publisher(s). Please e-mail
additionalsupport@magazinesunlimited.com.

Unavailability:
Magazines Unlimited is a
magazine subscription agency. Its role is to forward subscription orders
to the magazine publishers via its clearinghouses. Magazines Unlimited
is not in any manner involved in the editorial, creation, printing,
fulfillment or mailing of the magazines - this is the role of the
publisher. Magazines Unlimited' responsibility is limited to forwarding
the subscriber's order to the clearinghouse for fulfillment by the
publisher. If, for any reason whatsoever, Magazines Unlimited is unable
to fulfill an order for a magazine subscription, its sole and total
liability and obligation is limited to a refund for the actual money
paid by its customer for the subscription.
In the event that a
magazine ceases publication or the format changes from print to digital,
Magazines Unlimited is not responsible for providing a refund or an
alternative publication. This is the sole obligation of the magazine
publisher. The industry practice is for the publisher to provide a
substitute publication similar to the magazine that ceased publication.
